I'm hooked. I keep fast forwarding to about 2:44, where it really gets going, and then it just completely and utterly bursts off the note sheet, reaching new heights of incredible, improvising pianist finger work. and it's happening live, on a stage, which makes it even more impressive. altogether, then, a great great and, and some gorgeous timeless music. which I've been loving, massively, for years and years already (since I was a child listening to my dad's old "breakfast in america" lp, and it certainly doesn't get any worse). seems highly appropriate too, right at the moment, seeing that it is the perfect sound for the summer!
